The company's Founder, Principal & Broker/Owner, Peter N. Racheotes, is a native of Brighton, MA. Having lived in Boston for over 35 years, he has developed an understanding of the various sub-markets within the local areas. He has been a full time real estate professional since 2004 specializing in residential sales and rentals in the Greater Boston and Metro West areas. His experience includes a wide variety of clients including first time home buyers & sellers, seasoned real estate investors, developers, tenants and landlords. Prior to his real estate career, Peter worked for over 7 years for an Engineering/Design firm specializing in the engineering design, fabrication and installation of industrial steel smoke stacks throughout North America acting as the company's Chief Technology Officer. He is a graduate of Boston Latin School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, Durham.
