Rock Hill Residential Group also provides leasing capabilities which includes marketing or the property(s), tenant(s) applicant review and preparation of lease documents.  Our applications and leases are approved by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.  We treat each property as if it were our own. We follow State & Federal practices for Fair Housing with each prospective tenant.  

We don't simply subcontract all maintenance issues like many other management companies. We have a well established relationship with DMS Management LLC who's capabilities range from small jobs to completing major capital improvements. DMS Management LLC., Principal & Founder has over 35 years experience as a licensed contractor completing jobs of all degrees.

Condo Association Management:

We work with smaller condo associations that larger management companies ignore. Our goal is to provide the big building services to smaller assocations without dramatically impacting the condo fees. Many smaller associations of the 2-6 family range only find out after their purchase that they will need to invest time & money operating the association, coordinating activities which turns out to be a second job. A third party eliminates time spent coordination everyone's tasks, it eliminates each unit owner from spending the time doing them.  We handle all of the operation aspects of the association turn-key at an affordable rate. The benefits of a 3rd party allows for a worry free environment where unit owners can enjoy their home and not worry about who's mowing the lawn.
